RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

To claim a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof and order details.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

An unboxing/open package video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or damage claims.

  • The complete package opening process must be clearly visible.
  • The shipping label should be visible in the video.
  • No request will be accepted without proper video proof.
  • Edited or incomplete videos may lead to rejection of the claim.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene, handling, and fabric care concerns, products are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect products are received.

  • Used products are not eligible for return.
  • Products damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Returns based on personal preference are not accepted.
  • Minor color or texture variations are not considered defects.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

If approved, the refund amount will be processed through the original payment method within standard banking timelines depending on your bank or payment provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In case of prepaid order cancellation before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange requests are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received by the customer.

  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours.
  • Replacement dispatch depends on stock availability.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is approved due to damaged or incorrect products delivered by us.
